Co-ordinate with WARID concern to determine and enclosed the outages.
Managing alarms and complaints issue at BTS (Base Transceiver System).
Communicate with site engineers and other NOC to remedy the problem.
Daily scheduling for technical staff for technical complaints and their rectifications.
